More weddings need Drag performances. Yes you read that correctly. And yes I’m very jealous I wasn’t at this wedding.
Jonathan and Adrian are known for their hosting skills so of course their wedding day was the ultimate party! They were joined by an intimate group of family and friends for their I do’s and luncheon in Brooklyn. The party headed down the street from there with a show from Miz Cracker (who you may recognize from Ru Paul’s Drag Race!).
Here are some word about the couple and the day from their photographer Ty :
“Between Jon’s love of cooking, and Adrian “Andy”‘s incredible taste in alcohol, these two are the ultimate hosts. Anyone who meets the couple is immediately welcome with big smiles, warm hugs, and great conversation. Adriane, born and raised in New York City, comes alive in the hustle and bustle of the city. For Jon, he gets his escape skiing in the Poconos. Together, the two enjoy fine dining, luxury, and travel.
After settling in Brooklyn, they were ready to celebrate their relationship with an intimate wedding surrounded by family and friends. For the wedding, they selected every detail around making sure the day was an experience for all and fostered community. The ceremony an intimate, outdoor, morning ceremony with their closest family and friends, followed by a four-course luncheon at Lilia on the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
After the luncheon, the two invited a larger group of friends to join them down the street for hors d’oeuvres and an open bar at Bar Beau. The celebration was closed out by a live performance from Miz Cracker, New York drag queen from seasons 10 and All Stars 5 of Ru Paul’s Drag Race.”
