Like every 2020 couple, Bryony and Alex had to switch their wedding plans thanks to Covid. They opted to go to Plan B and have a private elopement ceremony in the desert outside of Phoenix. Sometimes all you need is love! (and a good photographer 😉
Here are some words about the couple and their day from their photographer:
“Bryony and Alex just finished their final semester of nursing school and were ready to celebrate with a 150 person wedding in the gorgeous Arizona desert. As the weeks grew closer, Covid19 came onto the scene and their wedding plans were stopped in their tracks. This couple went from about to be married to on the front lines in the blink of an eye!
Their families were all coming from out of town, and decided getting on an airplane was not the best idea. Bryony and Alex didn’t want to put any of their local friends in a tricky situation, so they decided they were going to keep their original date, and just have it be the two of them. Their photographer and florist were their two witnesses and they celebrated their love on a very different but equally gorgeous evening than they ever expected.”
