Liz and Scott hopped on a plane from Utah with their kids and married with their toes in the sand in California. (Shout out to 2019 when this was much easier to do!).
They were joined by 4 children who served as guests and wedding party as they said their I do’s on the beach and made it official!

“Bohemian whimsy meets Californian beach vibes. Liz and her three beautiful kids, along with Scott and his lovely daughter, traveled from Utah to Laguna Beach to get married. As you can see, this delightful crew made for a picture-perfect blended family, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They had vacationed here before and loved it,. They wanted something intimate yet breathtaking for their small, romantic ceremony. We knew just the place! Shaw’s Cove was perfect for this because it’s a little more secluded than other beaches in Laguna.
This beachy wedding was a little less traditional than some weddings, so it was a lot of fun getting creative with them and taking these stunning shots. Her dress was amazing—she looked so radiant in her fun strappy dress. Can you believe it was handmade by the mother of the bride?! It fit her just perfectly and looked like something from a designer bridal boutique. Liz’s beaded shell barefoot sandals from Honey Cool Here and floral hair accessory from CN Boutique complemented the look flawlessly. And the groom looked so handsome, too, in his wedding vest, festive floral tie, and khakis—I love the look the pulled together for this ceremony!
When it was time to exchange vows, they both had me tearing up. The whole thing was so heartfelt and beautiful. The love this couple shares is inspiring, and it’s easy to see that their love holds their close-knit family together like a constant warm embrace. It was such an honor to be able to witness it, and I loved every minute of this very special elopement! ”
