I’m a sucker for a city elopement since I live in Chicago. I love all the different options for locations and adorable nooks and crannies in the city to find.
In this case we’re headed to Seattle. Jazmin and Dominic married at the historic AmtrakĀ King Street Station . Without even knowing their son, it’s clear from these photos that he’s a ham. And I love it š
Here are a few words from their photographer about the day:
“Jazmin and Dominic met on a TriMet bus in 2011. Their romantic love story brought them together, pushed them apart, then joined them back together again… this time with Dominic’s adorable son Aiden in tow. They originally planned a traditional wedding, but several events lead them to re-imagine their options for their wedding. The finally opted to elope in one of their favorite cities.
Seattle held many special memories for them. So it made the most sense for them to elope in the Emerald City. Jazmin did her research and found King Street Station, Seattle’s historic Amtrak station. The gorgeous marble columns and gold framed doors made this an incredible backdrop for their ceremony and portraits. After their sweet vow exchange, we made a quick jaunt to the historic Smith Tower to take advantage of their marble and gold lobby before venturing through Pioneer Square for some romantic outdoor portraits. ”
