I have to admit I’m a sucker for this location as my friend took me there many years ago when I first visited Colorado and I just fell in love with it. So any time I see an elopement here I’m inclined to share it. And this was is picture perfect!
Andrew and Meaghan chose to self – solemnize (Colorado is one of the few states that allows it) and marry with their son Liam as their guest and witness.

“Their first date ended with a call to police to report Andrews car stollen only to figure out he was so struck by her beauty that he had forgotten where he parked. Some how she agreed to a second date and the rest is history. Andrew is a reporter for the local news and Meagan works in fine dining. They self-married with her 9 year old, Liam, by their side. The golden aspen trees and the picturesque waters of Lake Dillon as their back drop and dinner in downtown Breckenridge as a perfect ending to the night.”
