When I scheduled this post months ago I did not think about it being Election Day here in the US. But if ever there was a day that I need an escape from reality, it’s today.
So this gorgeous intimate wedding in Maui was the perfect virtual getaway to take my mind off of things for a bit. Pre covid Rachael and Adriel were joined by a close group of immediate friends and family to say I do on the beach in Maui. And it was beautiful!
Here are a few words about the day :
” Say hello to one of our recent weddings that pay the perfect tribute to the Hawaiian culture! While Rachel and Adriel live in Sacramento, being it so that her family is from the island of Oahu, it was essential to each of them to include local florals and cuisine into their wedding day. Rachel even surprised Adriel by dancing the hula for him at the reception with her mother and sister by her side. We cannot say enough about these two, but we have to mention how humble and genuine they are – wanting all the attention and celebratory moments to be all done with their friends and family in attendance in mind.”
