Ocean City Microwedding: Michaela & Tommy

Making the best of a bad situation was pretty much the theme of 2020. And Michaela and Tommy opted to go micro and get married on the beach with a small group and party away in a custom built Tiki Bar that Tommy’s dad made!

Here are a few words from their photographer about the day :

“Michaela & Tommy were introduced through mutual friends, and have been together for 7 years, just waiting for their wedding day on August 25, 2020. Unfortunately, COVID-19 threw a few obstacles in their way, but they weren’t going to let that stop them! They decided they waited long enough and didn’t want to postpone it any longer, so their family all pitched in to make their oceanside elopement feel full of love. The bride’s uncle was ordained to be their officiant, the bouquet was made by the mother of the bride, and the groom’s father built a custom tiki bar for the post-ceremony celebration! It was a perfect beach micro-wedding.”
