Can you ever go wrong with an elopement at Yosemite? We don’t think so.
With mountain views, gorgeous nature and so much to explore it’s a location that will never stop amazing us with it’s beauty. And Carrie and Truman’s elopement is no exception.
Here are a few words from their photographer:
“Carrie & Truman were such a fun couple to shoot. Leading up to their big day, the wildfires were raging around Yosemite so it was a little stressful for them, I assured them that a little smoke does make for pretty great photos. So they road-tripped to Yosemite, and really wanted to see some big sequoia trees. We started before sunrise and we started hiking with our headlamps to Inspiration Point and had the entire place to ourselves which is an amazing thing to happen in a national park. They got ready back to back before their first look, and then they walked down to this beautiful point and they exchanged vows there while reading some letters from family with a beautiful view. Then they set up a picnic blanket and enjoyed some snacks as a married couple. We hiked down, still had the whole thing to ourselves, then we went over to a grove where they could walk through the tree tunnel. We had a lot of great and fun conversations, and they continued on their road trip around the US- a super-in-love and adventurous couple!”
